Here's what you'll need to get started.

1. Your credit card. There is a $25 annual fee.
2. Social security number.
3. Current email address. You'll need access to this email account and watch for an email from system@credentialsmart.net with a code and additional instructions.
4. Purchase the membership below. Note: all bold fields on the purchase screen are required.
5. Generate a receipt. This purchase is tax deductable.

Once you have the email with the subscription or PRAC code, register at the New User Account button Step Two: Use your code to register.
